These terms govern your use of Customers Review (the “Service”), provided by Amidify Solutions. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Customers Review lets businesses create QR-code review pages that guide satisfied customers to leave public reviews and route private feedback to the business. Features and pricing may change over time.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Each plan allows a set number of active stores (Single 1, Growth 4, Pro 10). Stores beyond your plan’s limit stay paused until you upgrade.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the period ends.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your stores and for the way you collect reviews. You agree to follow the policies of any review platform you link to (including Google) and the laws that apply to your business and location.
• You must have the right to contact customers whose details you collect, and to use them only to respond to their feedback.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful or deceptive purposes.

Availability & disclaimer

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranties. We are not responsible for the decisions of third-party platforms such as Google regarding any listing or review.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
