Customers Review (“we”, “us”), a service by Amidify Solutions, helps businesses collect customer reviews and private feedback through QR-code review pages. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Business account data: the email address and password you use to sign up, and the stores you create (name, logo, branding, country, Google review link, alert email).
- Customer feedback: when a visitor uses a store’s review page, we collect what they choose to submit — their name, email, phone number (optional) and message — on behalf of that business.
- Basic technical data: standard log data (such as language and device type) needed to operate the page.
How we use it
- To provide the service and show feedback to the store owner.
- To notify store owners by email when new feedback arrives.
- To process subscriptions and payments.
How feedback is shared
Private feedback is delivered only to the business that owns the store it was submitted to. Positive reviews may be shared publicly on Google by the customer’s own choice — that submission is handled by Google under Google’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the service: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). They process data only to provide these functions. We do not sell your data.
Data retention & your rights
We keep data for as long as an account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Store owners are responsible for the customer data collected through their own stores.
