Partner Agreement

This agreement governs the Customers Review Partner Program, run by Amidify Solutions (the “Company”). By registering as a partner you accept these terms. It is a plain summary of how the program works and how you get paid.

1. How you earn

• You get a unique referral link. Any business that starts a paid subscription through your link is credited to you.
• You earn a recurring commission on what each referred business actually pays, for as long as they stay subscribed. This is lifetime recurring, not a one-time bounty.
• Your rate depends on staying active: it steps down if you go a long time without a new referral, and never falls below 10% (section 3). Your commission itself never stops while the client is subscribed.
• Attribution is stored for 90 days from the click, and locked to you once the business subscribes.

2. Commission rates and tiers

• Starter: 20% recurring.
• Pro: 25% recurring, once you have 25 or more active clients.
• Diamond: 35% recurring, once you have 200 or more active clients.
• Tiers upgrade automatically as soon as your active-client count reaches the threshold. No application or approval is required.
• Your tier follows your active-client count in both directions. If active clients fall back below a threshold, the tier returns to the one your current count qualifies for. Commission already recorded is never recalculated.
• The Company may also set a custom rate for a partner.

3. Staying active (rate step-down)

• To keep your rate at full strength, keep referring. If you bring in no new paying client for 6 months, your rate steps down by 7 percentage points, and again for each further 6 idle months.
• The step-down stops at a floor of 10%. However long you go without a new referral, you keep earning at least 10% on every client you have already brought in, for as long as they stay subscribed.
• This is a step-down, not a loss of your clients. The moment you refer a new paying client, your rate is restored to your full tier rate.

4. Payouts

• Commission accrues only from real, paid invoices. Free-trial periods pay nothing.
• If an invoice is later refunded or charged back, the commission on that invoice is reversed. If it had not yet been paid out to you, it simply comes off your balance. If it had already been paid to you, we do not take it back out of your account.
• Payouts are made monthly, once your accrued balance reaches $10. Amounts are in US dollars.
• This is a global programme and there is a way to pay you wherever you are. Where Stripe operates in your country, payouts are automatic through Stripe. Everywhere else, several transfer methods are available and you choose the one that suits you on your dashboard, such as USDT, Wise, Western Union or bank transfer.
• You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

5. Your welcome offer

• You may switch on a welcome offer that gives new clients 10% off for their first 3 months, to help you close deals.
• The Company funds that discount. Your commission is unaffected: it is still calculated on the full list price.

6. Fair play

• You may not refer yourself or your own businesses.
• Each business can be credited to one partner only.
• Cancelling and re-subscribing the same client does not create a new referral, does not reset your step-down clock, and does not inflate your client count.
• No spam, no misleading claims about the product or pricing, and no bidding on the Company’s brand names in ads without written permission.
• Fraud or abuse can lead to suspension or termination. A suspended partner earns no new commission while suspended.

7. Relationship and changes

• You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of the Company.
• The Company may update the program, its rates, or these terms with reasonable notice. Commission already accrued is not reduced by a change.
• Either side may end this partnership at any time. Balances already earned and payable will still be paid.
